Best for keto, diet, and taste, and texture
This is the best tasting substitute I have found for spaghetti for a low carb or keto diet, and it did not cause me any gastrointestinal upset like chickpea pasta. The texture is very much like al dente pasta. I did add the pasta to sauce and cook it for a few minutes. I did not microwave. Even the total carbs on this is fairly low so you can enjoy the whole package

Can't wait to try these
I bought these for my keto diet and something about knowing it's not really pasta just doesn't have me too excited to eat it. I will definitely update this review once I actually try these.
