Aptly titled. Simple recipes. Not a lengthy list of ingredients and especially note the ingredients are not even a little hard to get - favorite store that begins with a W has it all. Can do recipes and ingredients will not be purchased/required for a monetary total of so, so much. Multiple of the recipes include spices readily available in those well done jars at W - spices last long (or of course you can purchase fresh herbs) and are more affordable than multiple fresh produce ingredients needed for one recipe and then perhaps do not get prepared and have to be discarded. Some recipes include only four very simple ingredients, some more but all absolutely obtainable. All recipes are considered healthy. All at least vegetarian - no otherwise. Each recipe states how many servings. Have not seen even one recipe that is a skip over that recipe - unusual for here. Font is nice, and readable. A full color, full page picture is there for each and every recipe. There are no silly pictures within any of the pages of author looking surprised that picture is being taken - there are no pictures of any people at all, just finished recipe pictures. Not that author pictures would be intrusion of this nice and nice looking man. Book is medium oversized. Each page stays open. It's true. - no snap close as cheap publishing does. Full index. Eric Ripert, chef and author is of natural, well done character. This very useful recipe book can be praised up and down. Package and book enclosed within packaging arrived in perfect condition. Purchased full price with zero discount, and am not influencer or persuader and this review is written with regard and happiness.
