Vaughan 15" Superbar

This small bar works great for taking molding and baseboard up without damaging drywall. The wide flat bar spreads the pressure, minimizing dents and damage to your walls. It also makes a great nail puller. While it doesn't offer the leverage of a larger bar, this one is lite weight and fits nicely in the tool bucket without turning it over. While it is small don't worry about bending or breaking it. The spring steel is strong enough to stand on without bending. You will not be able to pull on this bar hard enough to damage it. It is well built of good quality spring steel. The deep bend on the one end is perfect for slipping under molding. The other end works great for removing nails or prying up carpeting etc... I have found that this is the bar I use now 90% of the time because of the small size and light weight. Just a handy tool to have.

I need to remove and replace a few fence boards that had begun to deteriorate, but I didn't want to damage some of the usable pieces, so I got this pry bar. The pry bar is sturdy, well made in the USA and tough. It pried out the fence boards easily without bending at all. I am sure this could handle much tougher jobs than what I put it through. The slotted ends also help with those stubborn nails as well. For those jobs that you need to pry stuff loose and don't have a lot of room to work, then this should do the job pretty well. 5 stars
