Vaseline Original Healing Petroleum Jelly Slugging Skincare for All Skin, 13 oz

All products requested were received as scheduled and was very pleased with the home delivery. However one product ordered was being shipped and supposedly delivered to my city (not my home) and for some reason was returned to Texas-2000 miles away. Working with several Walmart Customers service persons we decided to wait and see what happened but after three/four weeks no delivery so the agents suggested two options - one a refund on the original order (which they did) and the other was to order a different item (better than the original item) from a different vendor which I did and within 10 days I received the remainer of my order. The problem was with the delivery - it was shipped by the original vendor using DHL but delivered to My local post office using delivery by USPS which never delivers anything. It might be wise to have all vendors make note to never use USPS because if it happens with me it happens with many others. I suggest this because I have tremendous value for the Walmart name and when an order is not delivered it reflects not on the shipper, not on the vendor but on Walmart. Your Customer Service (all of the different persons I spoke with) were excellent and extremely helpful - they all deserve a 5 star rating.

I have purchased Vaseline products for years. I use Vaseline for my feet and hands in the morning %26 at bedtime. Great for chapping fingertips %26 for projecting your lipstick. It works wonders on your elbows too! I don't compromise when it comes to Petroleum Jelly. It is only Vaseline products. My mother who passed away at 84 years old a couple of years ago. Used Vaseline on her feet and skin also for over 50 years.
