I bought for my wife to do Glute workout with ankl

can be used for FULL glute workout with ankle straps like donkey kickback, cable squats harstring cable abduction, cable deadlift and more. Just buy the ankle start and a bar or tricep rope attachment. I like how smooth it is for her. I use it for a couple (men)exercises too. I bought mine at walmart because proce is lower. exceeded my expectations To put it together is super easy. FOR CABLE INSTALL PLEASE WATCH THE VIDEO ON THE VALOR WEBSITE. The only CON side is that you have to mount to wall but than that is all good.

Great piece of equipment

Excellent machine! Almost gym quality, and definitely good enough for a home gym. I actually ordered two initially, but ended up returning the 2nd because I decided the extra exercises you can do with two versus one (crossovers, bench press) didn't quite warrant the cost. It is true that the top hole for the handle attachment isn't really usable because the pulleys for the handle attachment get in the way of the cable pulleys, but not a big deal for me. Should be designed better in that regard, but otherwise almost perfect.

Excellent bang for the buck!

For the price, this cable station is amazing. I'm a long-time lifter, and I didn't think this unit could really be that good. I've had a hundred lbs on the machine and it is smooth and stable. the wall mount is into an external concrete block wall, and the unit is solid. Don't push it or pull it from the sides though, that's a weak point as the rear attachment points are 2 point attachment in a vertical line. likely so that it could be attached to a vertical wood or metal wall stud. otherwise, I love this thing and it's good for several exercises that I don't have to try invent with free weights anymore!
