Where do I start? I've had back muscle issues most of my life: the same two areas, difficult to reach, and too frequently requiring actual steroid injections at an ER. Received this just three days ago and learned how to position it in the precise locations of those muscles, just by sitting in my chair, watching TV, and maneuvering it not just in those usual painful places, but all over my back and neck. Extra bonus, I have NOT used Extra Strength Tylenol upon retiring for three nights in a row. Not only NO PAIN in usual spots, but I also slept soundly through the night and woke up more refreshed than ever. Where was this Viktor Rugen Back Massager YEARS ago? Thank God I found it on Walmart site and will faithfully use it DAIlY. Fantastic Find! Oh, I should mention, however, the supposed "heat" only seems to kick in after at least thirty minutes of use. Not a biggie downside, but if someone's looking for major HEAT, that is not part of my recommendation.
