VIA - Natural Semi-Permanent Hair Color DARK BROWN 120

I got jet black, not dark brown. Thankfully, I read the bottle before just using. Went to return and the return process seems to be set up to be as tedious as possible, with no guarantee, I'll actually get my money back. My guess is, the seller (because not sold by Walmart), knows this, set it up that way on purpose and is banking on the fact that you will not want your $8 back that bad, so sends you a product that is only $2 from Sally beauty. So, just from what I can find online, he already made three dollars off me, if he actually pays $2 for the jet black, and if I can't jump through all the hoops for the return process and get back, not only my money but the shipping to send it back, he made about $6 off me. Because yes, the product is super cheap, but when you add on the shipping, it comes out to almost $8, put the shipping envelope it was sent it in, would have cost just under $2. This is a common scam on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, etc. Pretty much anywhere that someone can sell something, under the ruse of it being from a trusted supplier (like Walmart), the nickel and dime people for money. And as long as they send out a product, they won't be shut down by the website.
