Disappointed

I was so excited when I ordered these rugs ( 2 of them). They match my Park Designs kitchen curtains. I feel that the rugs are small for $30, but I'll take the blame on that for not measuring better. My complaint is that one rug stays flipped up at the edge. I have tried everything short of velcroing it to the floor to make it stay down. I wish I had returned them, but I felt I should give it time to see if it flattened out. Even if I flip the rug over it will still curl at up at the edge. I'm truly disappointed with this purchase.
