Really helpful for anxiety
This product calms me without making me groggy or tired. I was recording music and had anxiety to the point where I was making mistakes and causing numerous remakes. I tried essential oils but they didn't do much. About a half hour after taking one of these Kava Kava capsules I can play the keyboard with expression instead of anxiety! You have a customer for life. Highly recommend. The effect is subtle but definitely makes life more enjoyable.

Definitely helps with relaxation. Can take during the day with no drowsiness, or at night to relax and sleep better, especially with melatonin. Quality of sleep has improved, as well, great reduction of general anxiety during the day. My partner also enjoys it daily to calm the mind and body. Neither of us have experienced any negative side effects. It is better than other Kava products I have tried by far. Overall, a wonderful product. Will purchase again!
