Does what it needs to do.

Bought back I. January and finally got it installed before the cold hit this year. Seems to be working well. Had a plumber actually do the install under the house and go over it with pvc insulation rated for up to 250° for extra precautions. We had it off lastnight and unfortunately our back bathroom froze up because I forgot to leave the water dripping, plugged it in and within 30 minutes we had water back. So it is doing what it needs to. Still nervous about leaving it plugged in simply because my brain says not to leave heating devices plugged up and running but we're gonna leave it running tonight just to test things.
