Get a kneeling chair if you have back issues
Using kneeling chairs has alleviated all the pain that I had in my lower back for the last 15 years. I no longer need to go to massage or chiropractor for my back. My previous chair had wheels and the wheel popped off. I decided I would try VEVOR Kneeling Chair and remove the wheel issue. I like that I can kind of rock on this chair during meetings, so I'm not kneeling so still. My only compliant is that there was a little more padding on the seat for after a few long hours of gaming or sitting in meetings, my butt gets a bit sore. Normally, I try to get up every hour and go for a walk. I will say my knees / shins are fine. AR
