For cooking instructions & additional information peel. Veetee rice is cooked using our unique steam filtered process, giving you perfectly fluffy rice in minutes. Cooking instructions: (1) Pierce film several times (2) Microwave on full power Cat E- 800W for 2 minutes. (3) Peel back film fluff in the tray 8 check the product is hot before saving. Microwave ovens vary, adjust time accordingly. Alternatively stir-fry for 2 minutes in a little vegetable oil. Do not reheat. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours. Peel. Best Before End: see side of pot.
