I am generally satisfied with the bike. Upon opening the box I found that the rear fender was damaged - with a sharp crease that was likely due to the box being dropped on the edge of a track bed during the delivery process. This damage was sufficient that the rear wheel did not turn at all. Unfortunately, even though most of the bicycle was well protected from damage, the foam between the box and the rear fender was VERY thin. All other components of the bicycle were well protected and undamaged. It is a shame that the box received an impact in this inadequately protected location. As I wanted to use the bicycle immediately for soon to be arriving guests, the only option that I had was to remove the rear wheel myself, to permit me to remove the rear fender. Using a wood bock and hammer I straightened the fender sufficiently that the wheel could turn freely, then I reinstalled the rear wheel (a fairly difficult process on this bike). The remainder of the assembly process was relatively easy, other than the handlebar adjustment angle. I found it VERY difficult to tighten the handlebar adjustment angle sufficiently that it did not move at some point while riding the bike. I used my own, much higher quality allen wrenches to do so (the provided allen wrench was not adequate). I am unsure as to why this was so difficult to tighten - and I am concerned about my ability to adjust it for others in the future. The bicycle is quite light, compared to my other electric bikes - making it easy to pedal even without the motor. I had forgotten that the bike had only 3 PAS speeds (I am used to 5), but in checking this, verified that the 3 PAS speeds are consistent with the listing. The bike has good pick-up and the mechanical disc brakes work reasonably well - I hope that they improve with use. My other e-bikes have hydraulic brakes - a desirable feature at higher speeds. The 7-speed shimano shifter works well as do the front and rear lights. The rear light also acts as a brake light. The bell is not very useful as it is not very loud. I purchased the white bike, and the finish on the frame is very good - although the (black) front fender did come with a scratch in it. At this point I am generally satisfied with the bike operation (for the price), but not satisfied with the protecting afforded to the rear fender. In addition, I am quite concerned about the handlebar adjustment - I don't believe that I will be able to adjust it very many times without damaging the adjustment screws. My photos include the following: 1) The thin foam panel that was directly over the rear fender, where the impact area can be seen (the box did not show any evidence of damage) 2) The crease in the rear fender, directly under the foam panel. The crease pressed tightly against the tire, which had very little air in it. The tire would not rotate. 3) The damaged fender, after my efforts to remove the crease adequately to permit the tire to rotate

i purchased this bike in April and used it twice, and the back tire is flat and unable to get it fixed as the entire one is all one piece and unable to use it! i paid over 400 for a bike. i cannot use!
