Easy to install, all the parts were in the package. Only issues were when I did not follow the instruction, and the 2 small plastic duel-hooks they give to keep the shower caddy from swinging back and forth, the way they designed them, does not work it doesn't fit the intended bars they built it for and will not stick to a stone wall shower as the adhesive. So I had to place them on the smaller bar and get some other type of adhesive and place the plastic hook/bar-clips, in a different spot since our shower doesn't allow the caddy to lay flat against the shower wall (like they designed it to) I gave 5 stars since there was nothing wrong with the product, we have a custom shower instead of the low cost traditional shower material used in bathrooms that is more of a plastic then stone/rock. It was what they were selling. Only flaw would be stating type of shower it was made for instead of assuming all showers are the same, and to suggest asking for an extra hand from someone to hang it initially because there are two screws needed to be installed while standing in the shower/tub.
