What is this?
The heatsink is a metal pad for dissipating heat from electronic components. Widely used for cooling MOS, GPU, IC Chip, stepper motor driver module, LED and other electronics.
It is made of aluminium alloy, with light weight and great function for heat transfer.
How to use it?
1. Make sure the location where the heatsink is needed first; 2. Then give some glue on the surface; 3. Lastly, stick it to the components.
What should I notice?
This heatsink come without any thermal tape or adhesive tape, we recommend using some glue (here is not included) to stick.
