About this item
Product details
- The welding rod is made of L201/BCu93P phosphorus copper composition. L201 is a copper-phosphorus binary brazing soldering close to the composition, with a low melting point and stable performance, suitable for welding.
- The copper brazing rod has good fluidity during welding and can flow into narrow spaces. Soldering flux is not required for welding copper pipes, and silver brazing flux should be used when welding copper alloys.
- Copper welding rods are suitable for brazing copper and copper alloys in the motor, instrumentation, and refrigeration industries. It is mainly used for the welding of refrigerator copper pipes, air conditioner copper pipes, and copper water pipes. It can also be used for brazing some wires or small copper brazing operations and handicrafts.
- Note: Brazed joints have poor plasticity, and joints in shock and vibration working conditions should not be used. Not suitable for welding iron or steel parts.
