Great pillow but hard to unpackage

This is a "flat" soft pillow. It's exactly what I was looking for! It is not lumpy, holds its shape, and keeps my head aligned with my back. Again, it is a flat pillow, not a neck bending floofy pillow. It would not be good at propping you up for tv or reading. That packaging was horrible though. Of course it's vacuum sealed for shipping but it was rolled up in plastic and paper. Opening it without cutting the pillow was a 10 minute challenge, It was a wrestling match of strength and endurance to get it out of that plastic. I do not see a senior citizen being able to open these.
