The ab bench is good and versatile . It has a 150Kg 330lbs capacity and can be used for a variety of exercises beyond ab work. I also have it's prime competitor the TDS unit which is a bit more structurally sound but has a much shorter seat and slightly different angle. I think if the 150kg capacity is suitable for your use that this ReeBok unit will complement most home gym set ups quite well. Welds are clean and strong, coating is very good and the unit is east to assemble with only 4 metal screws installed with the accompanying Allen wrenches.
