Every piece broken

Each wooden piece I pulled out of the box was chipped or broken in some way. The box was not damaged at all, so either the workers were meticulously dropping each piece before they packed it into the box, or the way the pieces were packed into the box did not prevent them from bumping into each other, leading to damage. Underwhelmed.
