Red and green hatch chili peppers infuse meat or veggies with slightly spicy & herby flavor for a classic Brazilian steakhouse flavor for a flank steak or your ribeye's. YOU WILL NEED? 2 lb. skirt steak or flank steak 2 Tbsp seasoning DIRECTIONS? 2 lb. skirt steak, 2 tbsp seasoning. Rub seasoning onto both sides of steak. Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Set grill to high heat and grill 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 5-10 minutes, slice and serve. This seasoning blend is also awesome on potatoes or mixed with fresh parsley and oil for a chimichurri sauce.
