This night splint definitely helps with morning heel pain and tightness — it keeps my foot in a good position and I've noticed a big improvement since using it. The included massage ball is amazing — small but super effective for rolling out soreness before bed. That said, the splint itself could be simpler to put on. There are quite a few straps and parts to adjust, which can be a little frustrating, especially when you're tired. The materials also feel a bit cheap, though they get the job done. Overall, it works and delivers solid relief — just wish it was made with higher-quality materials and a more user-friendly design.

Useless. There is no strength to the arch and it doesn't hold the foot in a stretched position. I gave an extra star for the exercise ball - it works well on the heel.
