Great bike

This is the perfect all around bike! I had the bike shipped to my local store. When I got the email that the bike was ready for pickup, I called the store to have it assembled. The bike arrived earlier than estimated, and the assembler had it ready the next day. This bike is used for pleasure riding around town. I purchased a basket at the store that buckles onto the front making it really convenient for local errands, etc. If you're looking for a comfortable general riding bike, don't hesitate. Plus, they donate $10 to the Susan G. Komen cancer fund.

Wife loves it

I ordered this online and it came a few days later. The bike was fairly well packed with with thick paper and foam wrapping parts to prevent scratches. The brakes, chain rear wheel and gears were all pre-assembled, just had to install the seat, handlebars and front wheel, which were all packed next to the frame (to save space) and held in place with zip ties to keep the brake/shifter cables in place. Took about 20 minutes to assemble it and then I had my wife sit on it while I determined the best adjustment for the seat and handlebars. The gears all shifted properly without adjustment. You'll need a hex/allen key set to fasten the handlebars, metric socket set, adjustable wrench, needle nose pliers (to adjust brake cables, if needed) and a screwdriver to put it together. The tires were not inflated so you'll also need a pump/compressor before you go out and play. My wife loves the bike, the seat is comfortable and well designed, and has a quick adjust lever on it to make for easy adjustment. She just cruises with some friends and this bike is perfect for that.
