These pillows are firmly soft. Has just the right amount of give and malleability. Probably the most comfortable pillow I've used in 20 years. It feels cool when I'm too warm but not cold when I need warmth. It supports me sitting up or laying down perfectly.

Once unpacked, these are FLAT. However, if you lay them in the sunlight or run them in the dryer to "air dry", they fluff up very nicely and are extremely comfortable.

While all in all the items are good, I/we were unfortunate to receive 2 differently filled pillows. One pillow is filled good while the other one is about 1/4 to 1/2 less filled then the other pillow. For me/us that's the only unfortunate thing that happened with this product. They came in a good timeframe, didn't take too long and they were packaged good. We enjoy the pillows regardless, but you can tell the difference when you look at them and lift them up. To the seller, if you do read this, and if you can please have your staff double check the items so that they are filled the same before shipping them out.
