I've read that white tea is made from the earliest stage of the plant, before green. It's a delicate tea. I only leave the bag in long enough to get a light caramel color, so one bag will yield two cups. Delicious! Feels like a gentle hug. The price has gone up in the last 20 years, but it's still reasonably priced for 100 bags.
