Makes the room BEAUTIFUL

I love how much interest this bookcase adds the the living room. It was easy to assemble and install. I've actually ordered 3 for the house - 2 regular and 1 with drawers. One of the them was a little crooked, but working with customer service at Nathan James was quick and they sent a new one immediately. You have to appreciate a company that stands by the quality of their products.

Had to request replacement parts. Best customer service ever!

Received the shelf and some of the wood had scratches (factory defects). Other than that, the shelf is very nice and we wanted to keep it but the defects stood out quite a bit. We contacted Nathan James to see what they would do to help. I think this is the best experience I have EVER had with any customer service. They took care of everything. We even received a mysterious package the other day with some nice chocolates with a note from Nathan James that thanked us for our patience! The next time we need furniture, we are searching for Nathan James.The shelf looks great. It is very simple and pretty light weight. It was very easy to put together too. It came with all of the tools you need and works great in our small apartment. The one thing I would suggest is to find a stud for one of the screws that go into the wall. I never trust anything with plastic drywall anchors. I think we have 1/4" drywall so there isn't much there to support the shelf. The droors slide in and out pretty well and I have a good amount of stuff in them.
