This is a GREAT product. Very good value. Perfect for my lower back issue. But be careful not to overheat it because the insides (seeds, etc.) can get burnt. The magic number is 2.5 minutes on high power with a standard over-the-range microwave.

Bought this for my daughter and very happy it doubles as a weighted blanket of sorts and it helps with my daughter‘s back pain and what makes it even better. It's not plugged into a wall. Wish we had bought this sooner but very glad that I did. She has used it in multiple times already and yes, she loves it and she told me she would tell anyone who even wants it for belly aches. It works wonderful.
