I was buying dried apples. Instead of different sizes, there were different flavors, including longan fruits and strawberries. I had never heard of longan fruits, and I like dried strawberries, so I added both to my cart. I like the dried strawberries, but I can't say that I am a fan of the longan fruit.

Since these are dehydrated they are kind of hard at first. but soon moisten up to a very flavorful treat.Seem to be al dente so they are a pleasure to chew. One problem is that they are so tasty they don't last long. They are in small bits so if you just snack on them, they tend to fall into inconvenient places.
