It QUICKLY arrived. It was VERY well packaged %26 came complete with all the tools required for assembly. I only needed a sharp edge blade to CAREFULLY open the box %26 remove the various plastic pull straps. I purposely chose this carbon steel frame over the aluminum ones out there.

Very nice bike, great value for the money

Am very pleased with this bike. Have ridden it about 15 times since I got it. Assembly was not complicated at all , took me 15 minutes. gear shifting is smooth, brakes are great, I did buy a wider seat than the one the bike came with ( more comfortable). My longest ride so far is about 5 or 6 miles.

Nice bike, bad customer service

The bike appears to be well built and was fairly simple to assemble. It is a guft fir my grandson so we haven't gotten to actually use it yet. The shipping box was pretty much destroyed on arrival and the seat of the bike was ripped. The rest of the bike somehow was unscathed. Upon calling Walmart complaint department, they wanted us to repackage the bike and return it to the store 2 days before Christmas, after it was completely assembled. I simply wanted a new seat, which I guess was not an option. So customer service once again is not customer friendly. I got a whopping $10 for my inconvenience.
