Everything was simple to order and install UAG case . Looks great . I bought the screen protector at the same time . I had problems installing the screen protector even after watching 2 you tube videos . Instructions could be better . I have a fingerprint at the top and bottom of the screen . I was told to turn in a warranty claim but have not heard anything yet . Both great products except how to install screen protector .
