I was hesitated to purchase this item. Since, I read the other reviews about the cracked frame. I took a chance and gladly it didn't break. The board is huge then what I expected, and the screws are located on the BACK of the board. You do not need a drill to install the board on the wall just a hammer. My mother and I put the board on the wall, and the instructions came with a ruler. Very easy to install only took us 5mins.
