I'm actually in my early 20's and I wore this costume last year. The adult one was way too big for me (I'm 5' and 100 lb), so I bought the kids Large one. It runs big.
The material is pretty cheesy and the hat is tricky to keep on, but for the price, I thought it was a really good buy. It's kind of see-through, so you have to wear white clothes underneath. It doesn't come with the cute tights and boots, so I bought cheap red leggings and red shoes. With some bright colored bracelets and a headband, it's fun enough that you don't really need to wear the board. When it is on someone's head, unless it's on a very short, young child, you can mostly see the bottom side of it anyway, which is brown cardboard. I was happy to carry it around and put it on for pictures, though I only went to parties and didn't trick-or-treat. Everyone wanted to play with it anyway.
Most of all, the costume was very unique and everyone LOVED it. It was one of the favorite ones at my parties. And so cheap, even after buying a few accessories. I have to say it's my favorite Halloween costume that I've had in many years. It was even comfortable. Just don't expect to get more than you pay for.
When I moved 2 months ago, it made the trip with me! I'm definitely wearing it again this year!
