Tropicana Pure Premium 100% Orange Juice Original, Some Pulp, No Sugar Added, 46 fl oz

I used to grow up drinking orange juice and over the years, I discovered I liked Tropicana the best. It was great for getting my Vitamin C and some fiber. It really was yummy with breakfast! Sweet with a little kick and after I gulped that down, I was ready for my bacon and eggs or bacon and pancakes...whatever that day brought. I got away from it because being diabetic, drs and others all scream well fruit are carbs too! Well guess what? Now that I discovered the GI and GL lists, it's really NOT that bad for me! So now, I add some to my smoothies with some water and it helps balance out the flavor of the bitter greens and veggies with the fruit. My 2 biggest gripes are the price and I am sick and tired of all the NO pulp or some pulp options. Part of the health benefit IS THE PULP!!! Come on people, I guess too many of you whined about the pulp, so now it's like pulling teeth to get it. If you want to be healthier, start requesting the pulp varieties and drop the smooth, unless your health demands it, of course. Your fitness coach has spoken! LOL :-)
