A teaspoon per day in coffee is your Omegas and you can't taste it, it's not oily. It's actual food. Cook your food in food. The dwawback is it's not going to pour. Warm it like shortening, it's that consistency. Your body, regularity, plusses.

Great For Popping Popcorn!

I use this oil as a healthy additive to foods that require a little coating when air-fried. But I mainly use it for popping corn. It has a high boiling point which allows it to get hot enough to allow the kernels to explode into bigger more fluffy popcorn. The only downside of using coconut oil is that it hardens when the temperature drops below 75 F. So, it can end up clogging your drainpipes! So, what I do is practice wiping it off thoroughly with paper towels before handwashing the pots and pans or putting them into the dishwasher!
