I've been using this on my 9 month old puppy since she was 6 months old. She loves it and it works great to keep her breath nice. She comes to me and sits and looks at me. I'm suppose to know that it's time for her teeth to be "cleaned" so she can go to bed. As soon as I'm finished putting it on her teeth, she walks over to her crate and goes to bed.
