I'm so pleased. Just had a baby in the summer and I needed to get her a stocking, but it was important to me that her stocking matches the family's stocking. I would have been happy with it being a close match. it's an exact match. The brand is Merry %26 Brite, formally sold at CVS 4 years ago that you cannot find anywhere. Believe me I checked. it's becoming harder and harder to find true classic Christmas themed items. Anyway, the stocking is your average stocking material, but it is velvet on the outside. Not stretchy. Perfect red. not too dark or too light. the letter is sewn on, not a decal. The fur is that cheap white type of synthetic. i love it. it's the perfect length.
