Perfecto!!An opening on the side of lid,not middle,just how I like it for mt straws.I have ice water next to me 24 hours a day and needed a new one after using same one for 10 years!Its easier to reach bottom when cleaning and the ice in my water seems to be lasting at least twice as long!I did a lot of searching and this exactly what I had in mind!Its like no other!Glad I found it!!Thank's much!Worth the money since this will be my new 24/7 ice water only vessel!!

Great stainless cups and responsive company

Loved this 20 oz cup; it is just the right size for commute/work, does not leak and keeps liquids hot or cold. The problem was the color was peeling off the coated ones immediately. although it says, dishwasher safe, the coated ones are not. The uncoated stainless steel is fine wash after wash. I contacted the co and they responded immediately and sent me 2 cups to replace the 2 coated cups I bought. I have since purchased 2 more of these cups in stainless. I am very pleased with both the cups and the company response.
