WAY Better than Stock

Anyone who has owned a KTM can probably admit, the kicks stand and e-starters are their Achilles heel. The stock kickstand are terribly weak and I have seen make break. Ir they wear and go so far forward the bike is unstable. This Trail Tech stand is WAY WAY better than stock and much more sturdy. The downside is the ease of installation. I had to drill out the stock threads and tap in new ones to accommodate the oversized bolt. This is not difficult, but it's not a simple 3-minute bolt-on install. But the effort was well worth it as this one is far stronger than the stock.

Follow directions and it mounts easily with minimal slop. Comes with shims for a perfect fit. Mine needs to be about 1/4 inch shorter cuz I suppose my bike squats a bit. Looks cool too! -m-2016 KTM 500 XC-W--
