Verified Purchase

Item received was not what was ordered, shipment was delayed several times, vendor wanted pictures of the items then had the nerve to offer 40% back. Didn't even look close to what I ordered and was a different style and color and cheap looking plastic. Not even metal. I went without curtains on my windows for 4weeks because of how long it took to get a straight answer only to be told to return it back to the local store. Bad Vendor Walmart…this is not my first problem with a non Walmart item.
