I graduated from Framingham State College with Bachelors in Fine Art and a minor in Biology. Before I continued with school I spent three months at the Milwaukee County Zoo learning to draw and paint and learn about many other types of animal species. It became my desire to illustrate them and represent to the world that we need to protect them. After briefly attending the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California I returned home to horses.

Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
