Libby's Corned Beef Hash, 37g Protein Per Serving, Canned Food, 15 oz.

We have been getting this brand for years and even after picking up the other one by accident one day this one is still our favorite. It has much better consistency than the other brands. The other ones have an almost jelly like fat content, which is not usually ab bad thing just over done. This on the other hand has a nice balance of meat, potato's , fat content. It cooks up evenly regardless of how you are using it, we have had other brand chunk up. Overall we have been getting this brand for decades and would not change now.

I love the salty corned beef and the tiny cubed potatoes cooked all nice and crispy in places. It's a full on meal! You can add in peppers and onions and eggs to make a breakfast scramble to feed a few people. I used to eat this as a child and still LOVE it! *This brand isn't as greasy like some other brands. :)
