This costume is so cute on. My grandson is 19 months and this fit him perfectly. The costume seems to be made out of strong durable material. The bottom of the costume fits around his shoes to give the effect that he has boots in to complete the costume. The hat is a little small but my grandson wont keep it on long enough to matter.
