Purchased for GG grandson's first birthday. Alas, the day came and went. The toy chest was stuck somewhere at a NJ PO. After two weeks of waiting with no word at all, I left a message for the seller. They were sorry, they said, and after another week, it arrived. Petulance out of the way. This toy box is small, but vibrantly colored (fire engine). Arrived in good condition and opened right up. With the lid on it is very sturdy, however a child could cave it in leaning on it without the lid. Folds right up. At around 30.00 it is a terrific gift for a small child and this one stays at GGs house so baby has something different to play with when he comes over. They do have one or two other themes.

I needed a small storage box for my grandson's toys and this Fire Truck box with lid turned out to be a cute option he really enjoys. He now even helps to clean up by putting his monster trucks ,cars %26 trains away in it. It's not very large or as sturdy as a wooden box but it serves the purpose for which it was intended. He also sometimes sits on the padded lid and so far it's held up well.
