They changed the formula %26 raised the price, but it's a cheaper product in the bottles. Yet, it's the only thing I can use I don't break out from. It's just a lesser-quality product than it used to be %26 doesn't moisturize as well as it used to with the “New Formula”. I have eczema, so it's important I can get things that work to not irritate my skin! So I'm very disappointed in the “New Formula”!
