Sunex Tools Pistol Grip Needle Scaler

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This needle scaler met my expectations and then some. It's a beautifully created and finished tool, the quality is evident as soon as you get it in your hand. The needle attachment is easy to connect and is replaceable, so as your needles wear out you can buy a new set and continue using the set. As with any air tool, you will need to oil it before each use, and you should always err on the side of 'too much oil' as opposed to too little. If you over-oil the tool, the excess is simply blown out. If you under-oil the tool, things burn out. Oil is cheap, use it and use a lot of it. The tool seems adequately strong and was busting off chunks of rust very quickly with very little effort required from the user. Please use eye and hearing protection and wear some heavy duty gloves when operating something like this, it's powerful, loud, removes chunks of materials at high speeds, and I suspect it would not be very forgiving to skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After receiving this I immediately put it to work. I used it to de-rust about 800 feet of steel railing. The scaler performed perfectly without skipping a beat. I expect this tool to last me for a long time.
