You'll see greener grass within 1 to 3 weeks after an application. Application is best made with a Scotts® drop or rotary spreader to actively growing turf. Apply header strips, then apply the lawn food in the longest direction of the lawn. After applying, you don't have to worry about waiting before you can use your lawn again – it is safe to walk on immediately after an application! Plus, the lawn food can be used around kids and pets. To achieve the best results, only apply this lawn fertilizer, which has no unpleasant odor, four times a year to your lawn; sweep any product that lands in the driveway, sidewalk, or street back onto your lawn.
