I love these. I mean, who wouldn't. Easy fixing I like to add turkey sausage in mine %26 serve it with dinner. You can add ham or make it vegetarian. Do it to your liking. I'm not sure if it's low carbs %26 and no, im not about to get off my sofa to go check. Just make sure to read the nutrition facts on the box before purchasing. I dont know what Quinoa is? Love that the cheese is already pre melted. As I am preparing the shells 🐚, I lay the cheese 🧀 packet on the center of the stove to make it easier to get the cheese out of the packet. The top of the stove is heated as the shells are preparing. I just love it!

Whether you want a side dish, or plan on eating it all, you can't go wrong with this! Boil water (in my case, repeated times in the microwave), drain and add cheese product. Maybe throw in some tuna or chicken…you can also add veggies! Or just eat the yummy mac n cheese!
