One rack of this two-pack broke after one day's use. The weld holding the bar on the hook was very weak. The material is also very lightweight. If I hadn't already thrown the packing out I would have returned them.

The package came dirty and greasy from what, I do not know. The merchandise was bent as if it had been ran over by a truck and unusable. I returned it at Walmart. However, I do not think it was Walmarts fault, it came from a third party. I am still waiting for my refund.
