If you like dark chocolate that isn't overly sweet , this is prefect. I think it would be used for cooking or adding to something. I add a small piece to a cup of hot chocolate as I like a larger cup than 6 or 7 oz but then it weakens a lot for 10 oz so you can add a small piece of this to help.. just my thought.
