Tony Chachere's Marinade, Butter, Cajun, Injectables, 17 fl oz

I liberally inject and pour a small bit into the cavity every holiday turkey with this every year. I then sprinkle a small bit of poultry seasoning over the skin %26 cavity then I low %26 slow smoke with a blend of apple, cherry and pecan woods. This way with the injectable marinade has been my family's favorite for over twenty years. The last few years I continue to get more and more requests to smoke the turkeys of friends and extended family for their holidays and events. I've been told by some they never really liked turkey until having it this way, and others that say this is now the only way they want their turkey as it's their favorite way to have turkey now. It definitely leaves the meat extremely juicy, smelling amazing and I'm told full of flavor. Admittedly, I do not know for myself, as I have been a vegetarian for over 35 years. However, everyone else in my family does eat it so I enjoy creating the foods they enjoy. I have a husband, three adult sons and their spouses that tell me this is their absolute favorite. TBH, they often ask me to make turkeys for get togethers outside of the holidays too. My brothers, in laws, aunts, uncles and many others also love them. The secret to creating these perfected turkeys has nothing to do with smoking really, but it's the Cajun injection. It makes cooking a turkey effortless and guaranteed to always turn out amazing!

I absolutely love this product. I make sure to keep it in my pantry at all times. it makes meat super delicious, it seasons so well after injecting it with this great product.
