Directions: In a large boiling pot, bring contents of package and 5 gallons of water to a boil. Add seafood to the pot, stir carefully, cover and return to a boil. Cook and soak for time allotted in the chart below. To stop the cooking process, add ice before the soaking time. Carefully drain and serve. Seafood: crawfish; 3 minutes boiling time; 20 minutes soaking time; Seafood: Shrimp; 1 minute boiling time; 5 minutes; Seafood: Crab; 5 minutes; Soaking Time: 20 minutes. Ideal for crawfish, shrimp, and crab!

Tony's Supreme Boil
Like the Seasoning but it has some kick. Recommend tasting the boil/water while cooking. Great flavors but if they soak in get ready....a runny nose is on the way. But, that's the way we like it here in Louisiana anyway!!!!!

this seasoning is SUPER loud! my nose is running and everyone in my house is coughing up a storm! do not use unless you doing your boil outside in a big deep pot...DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR INDOOR USAGE!!!!
